Simon O’Kelly is the most incredible mortgage broker. He helped myself & my husband purchase a off the plans apartment as first home owners. A few years later he helped us purchase a block of land where we dreamed of building a tiny house for weekend trips away. Very grateful to Simon and his team! In my head I was lost in a Realestate LaLa land and didn’t know where is best to start from. Draining conversations with multiple banks, brokers basically I was stuck to make a move. Then I was referred to Simon through my friend and couldn’t be more grateful for it. In the first phone call Simon was very straightforward and upfront with the possible process, fees, rates and we started ball rolling. It gave me confidence as I felt that Simon was very knowledgeable and had everything under control in this volatile lending market industry. In the process I have also come to realize that Simon is very respected and has very good relationship in the banking industry. That is huge. I ended up with the best loan and interest rate that was best suited for my situation. I listened to his advise to lock interested for two years and it feels extremely comforting. Simon also has good human characters he is pleasant, very approachable, always contactable, super responsive and very patient to answer all my questions. I mean to all my questions and I had many.
