I needed help getting a loan for my retirement house. After several unsuccessful attempts with others, I saw an ad for Yellow Brick Road. I am glad I got in contact with them as today I settled on the dream house. YBR were fantastic with their advice and assistance all the way through. Everything was done electronically which made the process during covid lockdown easy. It's a big tick from me.

I only recently settled my loan and I wanted to put some awesome feedback about my experience with Yellow Brick Road.
At first I did my own research and wasn't planning on going through a broker. As I started to call around and enquire about different home loans through multiple lenders, most of the staff I spoke to were completely useless and requested for unnecessary documents.
I pulled the trigger and decided to go with a broker. I dealt with Chris and honestly, his service was second to none. From the start of the process he made everything as easy as possible. Not to mention he was highly knowledgable in various products and recommended the best loan that would suit my needs. Doesn't matter what time I called or how many questions I had, he made sure I fully understood everything and even went the extra mile when contacting my solicitors.

We first met Anne through Westpac. As we had been a long- time customer of Westpac, we contacted them for retirement advice and because of our financial position Anne was allocated to us because she was the Senior Financial Adviser.
Anne proved to be very good to us, understood our needs, spent a very long time with us and explained in full detail our approach to retirement.
We were so impressed that we have now stayed with Anne, who has opened up her own business, ‘Yellow Brick Road’, in Queen Street Campbelltown.
Today, after everything has been finalised we visited Anne for a review at YBR and were also quite impressed with the light and airy premises and also with Kate the receptionist, who was very friendly and welcoming.
