I think its a bit hard to find someone in your corner regarding finance these days, which makes someone like Alisa stand out when they come along! She is straight up front with her information and about what you can actually afford and she isn't afraid to go into bat and ask for a better deal for you. Plus, for me the biggest selling point of using her, she does all the paper work and just explains what you need to do in human language!
When we need help with finance again she is going to be the first person I call but till then I don't have any issues recommending her to others in the area that need a good mortgage broker!
