Firstly I would like to thank the team at Grow Point Capital for their dedication to helping people realise their dreams.
First of all it was for us a refinance on a car loan, with better interest rate and lower repayments.
Second was our home loan. The big one. Without the professional help and knowledge of Frances ( who did all the ground work) to get us on the right track to realise our dream of building a home.
Then Jackie, the final cog in the well oiled machine, to converse with the lender on our behalf and make it seemless.
Thirdly, I contacted Frances to see about updating my car. I was forwarded by Frances to a third party to secure our loan and now we have approval to purchase a new car.
This process was overseen by Frances and her team and was there at every stage of the process to give me reassurance and provide answers to my questions and concerns and supply information where needed.
AWESOME.
I could not recommend Growth Point Capital (especially Frances) highly enough for you financial needs.

Frances helped my partner and I in getting our first home. A lot of other brokers told us that our dream of owning our own home was too far away, however Frances helped us every step of the way! She was very helpful in answering all of our questions from the very start as we were soo new to everything and our first mortgage but she made it easy and was there right up until settlement. we will definitely use you again for any future finance and I have highly recommended her and her team to everyone we know

I finally jumped in and decided to build my first home after much deliberation - only took a little pandemic to inspire me (and 25 G's)! I received Frances' business card and recommendation after putting down a deposit on a block of land. Had no idea what I was getting into (so much paperwork, emails to and fro with brokers, conveyancers, builders etc.) but I've finally gotten finance approval to start building - Woo!
I highly recommend this dynamic duo as they have made the potentially stressful and overwhelming process as straightforward as it could have been with regular updates to keep me in the loop of what had to be done and when. They even answered my somewhat silly questions when asked as like I said I'm a complete newbie in all this. One of the biggest steps I've ever taken but also one of the most satisfying. We would like to say a big thank you to Frances for her help and persistence in getting our loan approved. We had some curveballs thrown at us during our application process and thanks to her expertise she was able to help navigate through the lenders mumbo jumbo and get the results that we needed. As we were building off the plan and with so many factors to consider all in a short period of time, her professionalism and approachable nature was greatly appreciated, especially considering the amount of questions we were asking!
