My experience dealing with Bernard and his team has been absolutely faultless. From the moment I spoke to Bernard I felt confident that I was in good hands, and was dealing with someone who knew what they were doing. My partner and I have just received our approval documents from Macquarie Bank which has all been set up by Bernard and his team. We had a tricky situation where we had recently moved back from the UK and both commenced new employment. We had spoken directly with Westpac and NAB as well as other brokers who fell away when it all got too hard.
Bernard was the only broker who thought outside of the box to ensure we got the result we were after and we are very pleased. In the end he had 4 separate valuers through the different bank applications so we could leverage and select the best option for us.
We also enjoyed his FaceTime calls all throughout the day and night (not sure if he ever sleeps!) so he could update us with any news.

Excellent Service, Best in the Industry:
13 months ago I contacted Bernard for my 1st home loan, he was agile, spot on and very accommodative to customise the loan to my needs.
The 2nd time ( few days ago) I was reluctant to go back to him thinking that he may not be as responsive as this is the second home loan from him and of a much smaller value.
But he proved me wrong. In fact my home loan this time had a tight timeline of 1 month settlement and was not an easy approval.
Bernard was even faster on my Loan application than the 1st time. This time again he was very adjusting, available on the phone 24x7 and met all deliverables( including timeline and amount) of the home loan.
I did my homework and hunted for other home loan offers, but his offer on interest rates and other important factors was the best in the market.
I tried to find a loop hole in his working style, but I could not find any.
